Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

Template notice: this is a starting-point Privacy Policy. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional and tailored to the laws that apply to you (e.g. GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA).

1. What we collect

  • Account data: business name, email, and login credentials.
  • Workspace content: job briefs, client details, uploaded artwork and proofs.
  • Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the service: storing briefs, sending proof and approval notifications, generating production sheets, and securing each workspace. We do not sell your data.

3. Tenant isolation

Each workspace’s data is scoped to that workspace. We design access controls so one workspace cannot read another’s jobs, files, or proofs.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on infrastructure providers to run the service — for example a database/storage host and an email-delivery provider. These process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

5. Email

We send transactional emails (confirmations, proof links, approval notices). These are part of the service, not marketing.

6. Retention & export

We keep workspace data while the account is active. You can request an export, and deletion of your workspace data, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

Files are stored privately and served via short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Contact
