1. Agreement

By creating a ProofDeck workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. The service

ProofDeck provides client intake forms, proof sharing and approval, and production sheets for print and event businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure.
You must provide accurate sign-up information.
You are responsible for the content and files you and your clients upload.

4. Trials & billing

Paid plans may be offered with a free trial. When billing is enabled, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use ProofDeck to store unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach security or tenant isolation, or send unsolicited bulk email.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the briefs, artwork, and files in your workspace. You grant ProofDeck a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

7. Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofDeck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your workspace data.
